PowerPoint Sharing Options – Check Who Has Access To Your Documents

In this tutorial you will learn an easy technique how to check who has the access to your specific documents and files. You will need to use the command which is called “Share”. Using this command you will get access to a full list of people who have access to your specific documents or files.

You will need to follow these steps:
• In order to check who has the access to your site, you will need to press “Share” (see the right top part of your page). In the dialog box “Share” you will need to press the link which is located after “Shared With”. This will allow you to see all people your document/file has been shared with.
• There is another way to check the access to your folders/documents/Document Set. Just press three ellipses “...” which you will find next to your document. Then press “Share” and “Shared With”.
